This review is a constructive criticism. The place ambience when you go inside is very poor, it looks like a place you don't really want to order anything. I ordered a yaroa and the fries were a burnt, I had to throw away half of the yaroa. If you want repeating business in the food industry, you got to take care of these issues.

Good food, fresh ingredients, large menu selection, prices could be little lower, but food is excellent.
Tasty departure from deli sandwichs and fast food, especially fried chicken next door.
Amazon cachapas this place never fails
I give it 3 stars for the establishment lacks visual appeal even if its in the hood of Washington Heights. The food however is pretty good.
